About Us
Our story began much like many others—two people searching for something more meaningful, something different, something that truly spoke to our hearts. That journey led us to Central America. Two Canadians who had never met, one traveling through Panama and the other through Costa Rica, crossed paths thousands of miles from home while each was on a journey of self-discovery.
Immersed in the beauty, warmth, and relaxed lifestyle of Latin America, we both realized we were searching for a partner who shared the same dreams and vision for the future. When you meet someone walking the same path, it's hard to believe it's just a coincidence. Together, we embraced that chance encounter and began building the life we had always imagined.
Our shared love of the Spanish language, the welcoming culture, the incredible climate, and the slower pace of life eventually brought us to Mexico. Five years ago, we made the life-changing decision to relocate from Canada and settle in Bucerías, where we spent three wonderful years embracing the local culture and way of life.
As we continued exploring Mexico, we discovered the charm and beauty of the Lake Chapala area and knew we had found our forever home. Two years ago, we purchased a property in Chapala and completely renovated it. Having personally navigated the process of buying and renovating a home in a foreign country, we understand both the excitement and the challenges that come with making such a significant move.
That firsthand experience allows us to guide our clients with confidence, practical knowledge, and genuine empathy.
